So once again my sleeping pattern is all messed up. For most of the week I've been going to bed in the usual arena of 2am.. except.. for thurs.. I didn't fall asleep till almost 4. On friday well.. I took a 3 hour nap from 2pm-5pm then stayed up all night had work saturday from 7am-3pm then slept from 6pm-5am which is where I am now at 5:15am and
