I haven't been able to sleep lately.

Everything keeps changing, patterns changing before my eyes. It's hard to focus. I feel [pause] I need her [crossed out heavily after a minute]

[long pause. Then, in slightly shakier handwriting]

There will be a fire today.

I know we're all busy runnin' around like extra-flammable pieces of bacon this week, but I've got a serious question for anyone who doesn't have their head up their ass.

Have you forgotten something since you've found this damn book? Could be anything.

[He's been a bit shaken by the fires. Hugo doesn't show much emotion out of anger and annoyance, but he cares about his place of business as if it were a child.]

Does anyone think there's a hope of catching these pyromaniac bastards? Can't trust cops to do it, that's for sure.

I have to say, this whole thing with the fires is a little disconcerting, isn't it? I know things are tough right now, believe me.

The fact that we've got people torching places is bad enough, but has anyone thought as to why they've torched the buildings? Is this just arson for the point of anarchy? Or is it to prove a point? I'm curious. ( Read more... )
