Thank you. I like your approach, even if I choose to commemorate the day slightly differently. Each year, I remember the losses we suffered during the bombings -- and the people we have lost in the war since then -- but I renew my determination to not let hatred and fear replace love and joy. If I let it do so, I believe that the enemy (whatever name it is given) wins.

Thats why I keep the chain on my dresser, to remind me of how wonderful people can be.
