falling back into it...don't know what to do

can't sleep through the night
too tired during the day to focus on anything more than the computer screen

I think in a way most of the people on my buddylist (which is a fairly accurate list of the people in my social life) have really liked me at the beginning and then slowly realized that I am pretty pathetic and moved away from being close friends with me.
