A little while ago I got a message from Amazon saying they are discontinuing their cloud music service. They gave me the option of keeping my music or downloading my files. If a customer elects to save it they will, but if people don't respond they'll delete all the files ( Read more... )

Life continues to be interesting, in good ways and bad. We make plans, things change, we make alternate plans and things change again. But it's not bad. It's just interesting. And I feel so very fortunate to have options. I don't have to just accept the first thing I see.

I have been dealing with an abscessed tooth. It finally got so bad that I would up in the hospital on IV antibiotics for a week. I've been out for a week and I still feel weak as a baby. Today feels like that moment that you plan for your whole life.

Let me see if I can explain. As we go through life we always have this nebulous future......thing.....that we are moving toward. Just when we think we are getting close, the "thing" gets moved to a new place, or it changes shape or it turns out that it's not what you wanted.
