I generally don't enjoy women authors. Anne Frank is a (somewhat tongue-in-cheek) exception. When I was little, Judy Blume and Ann M. Martin were exceptions. I honestly can't think of anyone else off the top of my head. I enjoyed "Emma" I suppose- that was Jane Austen- but it didn't make me run out to get any others by her.
