Re my old previous post in September about having an emotional affair ...... turns out he was just a human being after all.  Maybe he WAS all those wonderful adjectives I used to describe him, but as it turned out, I think he must have a finite number of those qualities and he shines them on his wife and not me!

 I've been away for a while, as the old enemy mia has had me in her evil clutches......!  Put on about 4lbs during binges.

 I've been having a bit of a think and I realized that more than being ana/mia for appearances, I tend to be like this as a way to punish myself  for being fat and ugly.  There is also the control thing too.  I feel much better about everything when I'm totaly in control and I am very scared to say that I find fasting quite easy ( Read more... )

Hubby just bought me a totally top of the range treadmill, complete with fan and TV screen!  How lucky am I??
