omg i thought for sure...positive my parents were  not going to be home until around 6 that's what they told me so i ate 163 calories...for the day and they came home right now..which means my mothers going to cook supper which means I'll have to eat some...which usually would only count up to 150 for the day but now it will be around 300 for the ( Read more... )

ya well yesterday i eat nothing and I'm still at 99 pounds..still at least its the double digits right?
oh and thanks to everyone that got me through it.
you were so supportive
well 15 more pounds to go but if i look to skinny I'll higher my goal but i doubt it.
must eat nothing today

i's 9:06 pm here in canada
I eat nothing all day
I also drank to can's of diet pepsi
so i'm happy going to do a work out
then going to bed
