today was really good and really strange. i dont know how to explain it, but it brough back feelings that i always knew were there, i had just been ignoring them for a while.

i can't calm down and i don't know what to do. my tears won't stop and i'm starting to panic. i feel like this is the end, and i half wish it was. i don't know who to call or who to tell, i feel so stupid and so alone and so trapped. i'm so scared. i just don't know what to do.
