Today marks the first day back to an exercise regime. I did it, people. I got off the bus just shortly after arriving on the island and walked home from the stop on Yerba Buena Island. So, my wages aren't getting raised, but the bus rate is going up $10. My rent is going up something like $12, and God alone knows what else is getting increased. What a difference a hot shower makes.
I feel almost... human..

lungs still feeling slightly shoddy, but I think the steam from the shower helped a bit.
