Speaking personally, I think the loveliest thing for a rainy cloudy foggy gray day is a really good local public jazz station, played at a volume where you can really focus on the music if you want to, but can also drift off to focus on Important Other Things as needed.

I've thought about the scene of Bucky buying plums a lot and what it says to me, especially taking this tumblr post on how the way he orders the plums is strange into account, is that Bucky is deliberately ordering the plums weird. Some of the sandhill crane migration passed by today! They were moving pretty low - I got a good look at their flight posture as they flew over and on. But of course, I didn't really need that: there's no mistaking that call!
