So I just found out this morning, that effective Monday, my whole group is being reorganized to report to a different manager and director. We have no idea what this will mean for our group but it's going to be an interesting transition. I just read the Oscar nominations. This is the first time that I can remember that I haven't seen a single nominated film or performance.

That makes me very sad. I mean, I haven't even seen Cars or Happy Feet!

I guess I have a lot of catching up to do.

So Mike's surgery was rescheduled at the VERY last minute. Literally as we were getting shoes on to leave the phone rang and I remembered I hadn't undone my forwarding from work so I picked it up. There was some kind of equipment issue and so we have to wait another week ( Read more... )
