There are only 6 hours and 19 minutes until I see 300 tonight.  Or, considering how long most movie trailers last these days, only 14 hours, 42 minutes, and at least one Coca-Cola commercial rip-off of the GTA franchise left.  I have been anxiously anticipating this film for the past year, which I suppose doesn't come close to the 16 years I waited ( Read more... )

It turns out (surprise, surprise) that Republican leaders did know how bad conditions were at Walter Reed all this time, but they didn’t want to say anything about it because they “did not want to undermine the confidence of the patients and their families and give the Army a black eye while fighting a war.”
