I have Moments of being rather disturbed about how much really gets made up as we go along!

Heard on the radio this morning and pondered all day:

it's seriously growing on me

It has occured to me recently that my personal cliche/motto of "breathe in, breathe out, repeat..." became a motto because it was a reminder to myself - not just advice to others. I am finding myself reverting to holding my breath a lot lately.

Does anyone know how to turn aloe leaves into something useful (like a salve). Is it an ordeal? Is it worth it? Thanks for any pointers!
