So I've been at my job for 3 years now, in a call center.  I did Collections for the first 2.5 years, and now I'm in a customer service position.  I've gone through 3 different programs.  Finally I moved up in my current job to an Escalations position, where I deal with irate customers, and lot of paperwork.  I swear I do more work now than the ( Read more... )
