I think that I really do like Aaron after all. Yesterday he gave me a huge box of chocolates.

"Happy Valentine's Day, Annelise," he said.

"Thank you," I said. "I feel really bad. I didn't get you anything. I'm sorry."

"Don't be," Aaron told me. "I know what you can give me."

"What?"

"Your hand." I gave him my hand
