Definitely a bit of a disappointments.  Halloween is my favorite holiday.  I mean most of the other holidays are good in their own right but give me a choice and I'll always pick All Hallows Eve for a favorite one.  I don't really care what it signifies, it's a different thing for different people and I'm fine with most of the ideas.

I wouldn't exactly consider myself a lord of the rings fanatic but I like the beat to this FLASH of "Taking the Hobbits to Isengard  by Erwin Beekveld.

I am taking my mother to the Pella Tulip Festival this year for mothers day.  She has been wanting to go for about the last three years now.  We have reservations for two night in a bed and breakfast there and tickets for a number of events plus all the free 'walk and see' stuff.  It should be interesting.

Does the existence of God disprove science? I kinda doubt it. It seems to me that science is the universes 'How and Why' department while the almighty God of your choice would be the 'management' division. April fools day was a bust. I forgot to take my canned air/freon to work. Ehh, I'll just do it tomorrow anyways. Nobody else did anything notable at work or that night. The doctor said the spot they found in my mothers breast was probably not cancerous. Then they found out it was. There are three official sizes of cancer spots. Those are Small, Medium, and large.
