I recently lost 12 lbs. Finally after these months of agonizing over my lack of progress, I'm seeing some small results. I am still kind of off my running game, as I have injured my ankle, but I still hope to turn my mile jog into a mere 9 minutes and 30 seconds. My current pace is around 12 minutes and 45 seconds. My laptop has been acting crazy for the past two days. It keeps making this weird zhrrringgruuurrrrbuzzzz noise that is scaring me. Plus it is moving as slow as molasses. I ate at Cafe Du Parc in DC and it was amazing!! For an appetizer my sister and I shared a piece of toasted baguette topped with calamari. Accompanying the toast was a little mason jar filled with a hearty piperade topped with a perfectly poached egg.
