Good:
*  Lost 4 lbs.  4!!
*  Ate pizza...twice...and still lost 4 lbs!  I love that I've finally realized that this isn't a diet, and that there won't be any kind of "quick fix" that will help me lose 100 lbs in 3 months...I just have to change my eating habits, make healthier choices, and do everything in moderation.  Instead of 3 slices of a Meat ( Read more... )

Breathe In, Breathe Out by Mat Kearney was running through my head every time I woke up this morning.  I watched Grey's Anatomy last night right before bed, which is where I first heard the song ages ago so there's a strong association there...wonder if that's why.

The only song I remember having in my head when I woke up is Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins...but I know there were others.  I also don't remember what my dreams have been, but I'm pretty sure that despite the Top Gun Soundtrack thing I seem to have going, my dreams haven't been related *grin*

Almost every time I wake up in the morning I have a song in my head.  This morning it was:

It finally occurred to me this afternoon to search for my sisters on Facebook...and lo and behold, they were both on there!  They replied to the email I sent and confirmed that they were my sisters, and Stephanie told me that our father moved to New Orleans and died of a massive heart attack.  Great...just what I need, the other side of my family ( Read more... )
