everyone knows that college students are sleep deprived, so why don't they have sleep centers on campus?  i have a beautiful 2 hour break in between classes mondays and wednesdays, and NO place to get some shut eye.  the library has gross fluorescent lights.  all the couches are in class or eating zones ( Read more... )

when dealing with customer service, or trying to get a discount or to dispute something... never yell.  butter up the customer service agent and politely ask for the supervisor.  the only people who have power to make decisions are the manager and supervisors.  they are the only people who can reverse charges!  i usually despise talking to customer ( Read more... )
