My colleague bought me a sticky bun to eat after my lunch. After eating it I realised that the back of my very back bottom tooth on the right has broken off and it feels like a hooooge hole. I hate it when that happens. Now I'm going to have to be careful not to damage it any further until I can get to my dentist

I could really do without this right now. My wife started with this cough last week, which was really bad timing as she was due in hospital for surgery on Valentine's Day, but we thought they may postpone her operation until she was over it.
