 Some of you may remember in October that I posted that if peeps wanted to join the Derbyshire Massive that no.11 down the road was on the market.

Well would you believe it....it's back!

By the looks of it the price has gone down......last time I am sure it was in the £170k/£180K range

*sob* that's hardly any more than mine and an awful lot nicer. then again I really couldn't handle living in the middle of nowhere - I'm an urbanite and I love the convienience of the city. now if I won the lottery and wanted a holiday home...
