Public speaking does not get easier the more you do it. At least not for me. The more I do it, the more I just get apathetic towards it, but it's still not easy.

currently in a life funk.

i amuse myself so much. and that's fantastic! science will always be so weird to me. so many socially awkward people in one room. so much ridiculous drama. i think if you just keep a healthy outlook on how ridiculous it is, it can be really, really amusing and worthwhile.

The only ways Iam getting over my fear of public speaking:

1. Reminding myself that it'sone way to learn how to improve my work.
2. It's not worth being nervous all the time. In fact, it's just tiring.

IF I STOPPED WASTING TIME, I WOULD GET SO MUCH DONE.

How do I get myself to focus?

Focus=me doing amazing things.
No focus=me reading perez hilton and postsecret.

Focus > no focus.

I will be awkward for the rest of my life! I've just accepted it.

Doing that thing when I think too much.
