Come to Duke or UNC. I am still below the mason dixon line and above the rio grande, and I am now living the josh yager life style. By that I mean drinking with mostly foreign exchange students, gay people, and otherwise socially deviant personalities. All of this at a neo-conservative school that has more in common with Hogwarts than San Diego.

The major is Freshwater Whales is unparalelled, but I am afraid there is only a trout studies minor.
