Well just a quick update... I don't have anything earth shattering to report althouth I DID almsot have 2 heart attacks yesterday. Why, you ask? Well the first was because my "Service Engine Soon" light went on in my minivan --AGAIN. It was fixed a week and a half ago... $180 to replace the wires to the air intake manafold (sp?). Yesterday at 9:55 I was hightailing it to the United Methodist Church I had been attending on and off (mostly off) for the past year when I felt the need to attend a different church, a Catholic church, instead. I was floored last night to get an email from my greyhound penpal Millicent. I stayed with her in Dewey for Greyhounds Reach the Beach for several years and although we only email on and off a few times a year (and over the Greytalk message boards) she still remains one of the most dedicated and spiritual animal rescue people I know. It has been a busy two days! Yesterday (Friday) I had off from work... and what a beautiful day to take off, too! It was absolutely beautiful. High 70's, breezy... just perfect. Why can't all summer days be like this? T-shirt and capri weather?

With dialup, it took about 30 minutes to upload. I wasn't going to do it, but then I thought Heck, I'm just burning time until Project Runway at 10 so who cares if it takes a millenia. :o)

Well, after having my digital camera for 5 1/2 years, I finally decided to crack the User's Manual and figure out how to make a video. :o) So I shot a video of my TV playing one of Lucy's recorded races. My other video was called "Cookie Time" and was 30 seconds of Lucy and Clifford eating dog biscuits.
