I'm leaving LJ. The latest asshattery, forcing ads on Basic accounts to non-logged-in users, was the proverbial straw. I have a minor presence on WordPress, and am moving whole-cloth to InsaneJournal, who are so far running like LJ used to.

If you are on IJ and/or WordPress, please friend me there.

I will be deleting this account completely, although I will probably try to move some of my favorite posts from here to there and backdate them. I don't expect to be locking my account there, other than denying anonymous posts.

Me on LJ will last only as long as it takes for me to backdate my presence on IJ, basically. I shan't be posting here anymore, though -- I expect this thread to be my last here.
