Greetings Friends and Family!
Here we are on day three in Santa Cruz and day five of our trip.
We have been just relaxing and enjoying the peace and sun. Today I called up Shadowbrook for Sunday brunch and found out that they have canceled it forever as of January. Sad days as I will no longer be able to have my beloved little orange rolls. Sam, it ( Read more... ) -

Day 3: Santa Cruz is trying to kill me!
Day three dawned foggy as hell, but pretty nonetheless. Because I'm a whiny bitch, I can't recollect much sleeping (I won't bore you with details. seriously) but I got to sit and watch as it got progressively lighter. The sun didn't so much rise as appear suddenly at 11:00... but that was way after the day had started.
( I was the first one up, but joined right quick... ) -
Day 2: When able, make next available U-turn!
Jess again, I'm the big LJ person anyway, so I'm not surprised I'm the most egar to update this thing. But be assured, Clara will most likely wrest this thing away from me sometime soon. Sorry for not updating last night (mom.) but we got here, and ate food, showered, and passed out (in various different orders)

One week left
Hi there peoples and family,
We are into the final days count down. Tomorrow I take Tinkerbell in to get her multiple repairs fixed. I'm pretty cool now that the realization has set in of what needed to be done. I really thank my parents for helping me out with this one. I'm glad they we set up a payment plan.

Car Repairs
Tinkerbell is in dire need of repairs. My worst fear has come true. I took my Bug into Royal Volkswagen yesterday to do the basic oil change and break check. I also asked them to look at the status of the timing belt (and guess what) it appears to have never been replaced. Why am I not surprised...
