We returned from our delectable dinner in Italy around 11:40pm, and had everybody tucked in just after midnight. The first daylight view that met Luis and I out one of the windows from our bedroom the next morning was enchanting:

Our day at sea went pretty quickly. We all slept in until around 9:30am, then messed around in the room until after 11am, so when we went up to the pool deck, they were already making pizza again. All of us were psyched to leave the coast near Peñiscola and head north. Our reservation at the timeshare was through Saturday, but we had already planned to leave on Friday to catch our ship that sailed Friday evening from Barcelona to Rome. Looking back, the day we arrived in Peñiscola was one of the worst of the trip (now that we are back and can see it in total). It had taken us all day to get to the timeshare, so we ended up checking in around 6pm. We were staying a full week at a European timeshare property that is associated with the US company that my parents have ownership in. ( Read more... )

My first week of work has been really full! I am liking my new job a lot, but can't wait to fly home in a couple of hours. Went to the Mall of America twice after work this week. Love that place ( Read more... )
