Sometime last week I'm driving home, and a homeless guy is at an intersection holding a sign that says all his gear was stolen, that he's in desparate need of a sleeping bag, etc. I immediately recall that I have an old sleeping bag, so I roll down my window and ask him if he's going to be in the area for the next couple of hours.
