Does any one know of a place, other than on-line, that sells a clear 4"(or there about) "tube" or "pipe"?

I would prefer like a Home Depot or a Lowes, a name brand store, to see if they sell anything like this.

There's quite a bit of stormy weather up in northern Indiana, including some tornado warnings. I'm located further south, so perhaps we will get some good storms. It's very windy right now so I'm sure the storms are headed my way. I hope we don't have tornadic cells, but I must admit I am looking forward to a good thunderstorm.
