I triggered myself today on accident and then spent the day with uncomfortable memories invading my mental space. I'm in a much better space to deal with things like this when Craig is only 6 months out instead of 25. -

You'd think that if you had evidence of an officer behaving in a manner so as to interfere with an investigation and with clear evidence of retribution that his superiors would want to know about it. Abuse
While in the hole at Men's Central Jail in LA the toilet overflowed in my husbands cell, creating a pool of shit water throughout the already mouse infested cell.
