Yeah that's all good and well, but jeez a good "FUCK MY LIFE" feels good to unleash at minor annoying things, pretty funny too!

the momentary release is kinda good, yes, but, in a zen way, allowing minor annoying things to make you say such sweeping grand statements about your life says that they do, indeed, control your life... and do you want to give a broken drumstick that much control over your life?

see, repeated usage of the phrase, regardless of intent, comical or exaggerated, reinforces it as a truism in your life. the more you say something, the more you make it "true" in your head. same way that some people "act" dumb and then wonder why people think that they must be....

I also really love hearing this perspective from you: we have been exploring the very same stuff from a different perspective down here in the rainforest for the last couple of months. Life has become very interesting indeed as a result.

Would also love to gently waft the Sovereign rights stuff we've been exploring at you at some point, if you are at all interested and we manage to see each other in person again. :D

You know, when you wrote 'And I'm not even mad' at first I thought it meant 'And I'm not even insane/crazy.' I think that would also be cool. 'I dropped my toast and I'm not even crazy.' It's more amusing if you're feeling a little insane perhaps. =)
