I've been busy getting ready for an upcoming jewelry show, so I've got lots of new creations here. I'm doing an Alice in Wonderland-themed trunk show, so have lots of key charms in the works. What a busy day today has been- I should have been in bed two hours ago!

On my drive home from work today, I saw a middle-aged man staning on a street corner wearing a grass hula skirt and a fanny pack. I finally found some Silvergleem lead-free solder. It was hard to track down. First, I found spools for $25 at the local stained glass store,  then I finally ordered from Warner-Crivallero online and it was backordered for 2 or 3 months. But it's finally here! Does anyone know what this piece of mystery hardware might be? I asked my dad, advice-giver extraordinnaire when it comes to this type of thing, and he didn't know. My workplace called off work on Friday, too, due to the snow in Denver. I was originally supposed to have the 26-30th as vacation days, but due to the 2 feet of snow in Denver my 4 days of vacation are now resulting in a total of 13 days off- nearly a two week vacation! I don't think I've had a vacation this lengthy EVER, so I'm excited.
