I just had a thoroughly dissapointing lunch in the school cafeteria. Most days, this happens, but today it's bad because I had to sub a music theory class immediately after lunch (usually I have that block free) and I cannot brace for the inevitable revenge of my colon. Deep down, the people closest to me want to see me happy. They do things that are so nice and well intentioned for me nearly all of the time; but mostly I fuck them up.  The first term ended yesterday, after a flurry of work - students staying till 5 to finish projects - it was a long day. I have to say I am really confused. My brother, Jamie and I went to see the new Ang Lee movie "Lust, Caution" over the weekend and it was very, very good. I love a good foreign flick, especially foreign flicks set in World War II Shanghai. This movie was given a NC-17 movie, but the sex scenes are less erotic than downright anxious.
