I was sitting on one of the front pews at church, and a crazy woman kept rushing up to the front of the church, on the side where I was sitting and she was deranged absolutely haggard, hair long and white and grey she was dressed in white. So going into the third week of the month is when I start to feel loopy. Everything's been great these last couple of weeks. Clear of mind, semi-deep sleep, less stress and anxiety. It's beautiful here in  Seattle again. I went to church this morning, the Catholic Church two blocks away from my house that rings its melody of bells every Sunday morning. so this morning I woke up at around 9:00 am feeling rested. it's so nice to get a full night's rest again! It's a beautiful seattle summer right now. Not too hot, slight breezes, blue skies. my gosh I just saw the most horrible movie. Cameron Diaz's My Sister's Keeper, a film about two sisters and cancer.
