Today I am not a weevil. I am a WEASEL. Actually, a bag of weasels. Bad tempered. Snarky. Irritable. Weasel.
And the reasons for my general annoyance are as follows...( or maybe I'm just so pissy that everything seems pointy ) -
Netbooks?
I've been wanting to replace our wheezy old refurbished Toshiba laptop with something new that will actually work without being plugged into a wall.

I keep having dreams where I'm working for the Obamas. Not campaigning for them, literally working for them.

- I have a headache. It's not my usual change-in-the-weather headache, more of a sinus thing. Bleah.
- I did not sleep well last night.
- My mother is, at this moment, having a CT scan of her chest to get a better image of "something" that showed up on a chest x-ray. She has had respiratory issues all my life and has smoked for 50 years. You do ( Read more... )

A lovely long weekend was had by the Weevils. We took Friday off work and saw the doctor. She gave us the good drugs.

I feel pretty!
I'm wearing one of three new dresses I scored last week. And when I say scored, I mean OMGWTFDEALOFTHEYEAR! Everything in the store was 50% off the lowest marked price. Until we got to the cash register when it was 70% off. So I ended up with 3 dresses for (are you sitting down?) $15.00. Plus tax. And I don't mean $15.00 each. Two of them were $4. ( Read more... ) -
