Coffee, please?

So I was making coffee this morning, and looking at the back of the packet of dark roast coffee... it said 'best if used within four weeks.' I don't drink that much coffee, so it's going to get stale, but whatever ( Read more... )

store it in the freezer and it will keep it tasting better longer if you don't use it often.

I make it about as recommended, my parents make it stronger. If you notice that your coffee is bitter, you may want to actually add more coffee as the bitterness comes out after the the flavor so making it stronger actually makes it less bitter.

Well, my boss does... but he thinks espresso is to drink without adding steamed milk for a latte.... :)

I use a tablespoon for 6 oz. I like having used coffee ground, my compost pile thinks it's yummy.

When I was brewing regular coffee, the mix approached 1 T per cup.
I also learned early that the darker the coffee blend, the less acid. Much nicer on your tummy.
