My roommate's car was stolen again last night, but he spotted it down the street. Apparently the perps didn't feel like going very far. There is good news though. I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geiko.

For those of you who knew him, Lyall Hunt has passed away. I believe he was recently diagnosed with lung cancer.

There's 2 (town)houses for rent on my street if anyone is looking for a place to live. If they're anything like my house, they're pretty decent places with 2-3 bedrooms upstairs, a main floor (kitchen, living room, etc), and a basement which you could use as another bedroom or two.
