Yesterday I started my working at Restaurant Indigo. The information being thrown at me is just overwhelming, but I'm always up for a challenge. Right now they're in the process of turning me into a wineo and server extraordinaire. I couldn't ask for a better environment to work in; everyone is cool as shit, and there's always upbeat acid jazz on

I was a waiter for 2 days and quit. They just randomly pointed to things, half-assedly explaining the locations of everything I would need, then turned me loose. I was also required to take a test where I was expected to list every ingredient of every item on the menu. I wrote question marks or "ha" for most of the answers.

On the third day, I told the manager I quit so I could go work on cars. I hated working on cars, but I was better suited to being a grease-monkey than a waiter.
