tonight i realized how important friendships are and how many actual friends i really have. Jess and i went to a random beach and layed down and just talked and talked. It was good. I needed it. I love her.
Next week is going to be amazing I can't wait, THREE SOLID days of shredding the gnar, with good friends.

by the way i would like to welcome back my friend insomnia. he's a reallll asshole.

so i owe 200 bucks for taxes. That's soooo lame.
as of the end of tomorrow i will have achieved 60 miles of cardio in two weeks.
My mile is at 645.
Not being able to lift is irritating the crap out of me. I wrecked my shoulder boarding two weeks ago from tomorrow and it's still not better hence all the cardio.
