physical health
There has to be a better way to measure physical health. A objective manner to measure that works inbetween weighins or extends the time between or even eliminates them. The scale alone commonly leads to many of the problems with maintaining and developing healthy habits ( Read more... ) -
The purge continues
I have begun to relain my porch from the porch potty that didn't end up being used. It's binging back a lot of space and giving me yet something else to do. But it's cold and I don;t want to finish it today. Instead I'm hoping to hit the bedroom hard. Declutter, organize all the papers and OT resouces that are piling up. I listen to techno when studying or writing reports. I find that the repetitive beats can block out all the distracting background thoughts which can my procrastination habits. surgery
My mom had surgery today on her foot. When i talked with my dad she was not doing well. Apparently she's in a lot of pain and the pain killers aren't doing anything. Codine does not seem to be sucessful in the pain killing department for my family. She was in so much pain that se can't even sleep ad din't want to come on the phone. healthy choices
I think that i will give the keto thing a chance and try it for 2-3 months. After i clean out the refrigerator.
Also, the co-op farm thing at i learned about at Burbank art fest seems like a good idea. $26 worth of fresh fruits/veggies delivered to my house 2-3 times a month depending on what i choose... Sounds like a great deal. -
holding pattern
My life feels stuck in a holding pattern. I strive to be positive and think positively but it feels as if I'm stuck. Creating ideas and planning out ways to act on them was somethin i did so mich more during all my years as a student. That was when i had some of my best thoughts.
