My interview was yesterday. I think it went pretty well, but I won't know that for sure until they've finished interviewing everyone else. They said they'd call me once they've made their decision. ...I'm going to really dislike waiting for this.

Is there some way to make sure they don't reopen it? I mean, they obviously know alchemy if they were making an array like that... *shakes her head* I'm sure they'll enjoy your company, too. Try to at least leave granny alone as much as you can, okay?

*holds up a hand for a high-five, still rejoicing at his new mobility* Come on, Winry. They've gotta hire you, if they don't they're just dumb bastards.

*not sure what to do at first, eventually gives him a weak, unsure high-five* I wouldn't say that... They already have limited room for students right now, so it wouldn't surprise me if I had to wait until next semester to get in.

Well, don't say that! It's bad luck! *laughs nervously, wondering what else to say, wanting to have a conversation but not really knowing where to begin*

Maybe ... when you're there you can see if there are any musicians? I haven't been able to find many around here.

I know, but I don't want to get my hopes up and then be disappointed when they call with bad news.

*nods* Um, sure. I think the university might offer some music related classes, so there must be musicians around there somewhere.

Oh dear, this whole process involves a lot of waiting, doesn't it? Well, for better or worse, it's out of your hands now. Try to relax, or keep yourself occupied with something else so you don't think about it too much.

More waiting than I'm used to, that's for sure. I'll probably be doing just that, there's a few books I've been meaning to read that might help me get through the week.

I suppose that's a good way to occupy yourself. What sort of books are they? *tries to think what she would do in Winry's position... probably go into excessive fits of cooking and cleaning*

Just a few romance novels a friend suggested I read. I keep meaning to read them, but I always forget about them whenever I have time...
