My 9th Grade Bio Teacher, Mr. Williamsen taught us a theory that states that when we try to organize something, such as a room, we are actually making the universe as a whole more disorganized. Goals met:
-find a place to live next yr
Goals not met:
-Keep a 3.3+ gpa (B+ or better)
-not hand in ANY assignments late
-actually read (& finish) an entire book, if necessary
-limit myself to how much time i devote to distractions (e.g., facebook) and be much more studious in general
-keep working out regularly

This summer kind of sucked. I'm ready to go back to school. I was sitting on ye ol' throne and thought about making goals...ney...commitments for the upcoming semester, both academic & non-academic...

Home For the Summer!
Got home last friday night after an annoyingly long drive - what is on average, a 5-5.5 hour drive took me 7.5 hours thanks to rain, construction, NYC traffic, and an almost-empty gas tank crossing the NY/Pa border. but i'm home now for the summer. time to find a job while i wait for grades to roll in. this semester was definitely an improvement ( Read more... ) -
13 days would be 13 years
I still have trouble getting over the fact that my best friend is gone...for over 2 years now. He would have been 13 years old in just 13 days (april 24). I don't know why, but the thought of kittens/cats got in my head and that just uncontrollably barreled into thoughts about Shadow.
