The unused part of our driveway(and the nearby garden) has been taken over by jewelweed. I like how it resembles a swarm of pink and white faeries. If i had my way there would be yellow and spotted orange faeries, too. I remember the second dream i had last night well enough to write something out. I was riding in a van with the Lone Gunmen and i think Agent Mulder was driving. Yesterday i stubbed my left big toe. Badly. As in i nearly passed out and the nail will probably fall off. It would be so nice if we could get through a year without a computer crisis. I do not like this new summer tradition. Pointy wrath and injected venom to whoever invented(and invents) spyware, viruses and whatever else has been messing with my beloved navi!! *wails*

A few days a go we had a bunny(handful size!) on our back steps eating something. We eventually figured out it was munching on the drift of cottonwood fluff that had accumulated there. No idea why. Maybe it was after the seeds? It seems the ants were busy collecting them, too ( Read more... )
