Fixed mah last post with working links. Doesn't look as pretty though =(

Today I made brownies. They are tasty. Since they have no nuts I intend to eat them all in Judith's honour. And I only burned them a little bit.

I have also relearned all about zinc fingers and leucine zippers. They are as exciting as they sound.

I like to think that this is one of the reasons that the internet exists. It pleases me no end.

The only bad thing about our coffee machine is that I haven't quite got my head around the fact that it makes espresso rather than normal coffee.

There have been several improvements to the house since I have been away, and by several I mean two. We have acquired some kind of candlestick. It is stuck to the wall in a decorative fashion. We also have a coffee machine, which is a fairly major addition to our arsenal of kitchen gadgetry. It makes very, very nice coffee, and also froths milk. I ( Read more... )

Today I went cycling again. I went to the river and kept going until I did not know where I was. This time there were no informative signs to help me.
