...you dont use your coffee pot for a while and it smells a little moldy so you soak it in bleach to kill anything that might be growing in it. Extra points if the bleach is pre-diluted in a bottle by the sink...in lab of course.

If I ever get engaged/married, I think I'd like an antique ring. Although I've seen some pretty modern things with graduated emerald-cut diamonds. It's funny, my taste in rings semms pretty cheap. Smiling at people all weekend makes me miss my good friends. At least I got to hang out with some of the people here about whom I care. I should probably learn to appreciate what is in front of me more and pine over what is missing less. Sounds good, now how to go about it? So, my friends, know that you are loved.

I think I just figured out why China thinks Taiwan is theirs. I've been reading a travelouge from post WWII, and apparently the non-Communist government of China moved en-masse to Taiwan (then a part of China, though occupied by Japan) when they were ousted. I had a great visit home. I've definitely been north for longer than I thought. Finding myself in the south was a bit of a shock to me. I was very grateful when I got caught in a rianstorm halfway between home and my grandparents' house with mis-aligned windshield wipers. Juliana loved the beach.
