Fun in the city
Today, the munchkin got his first train ride. While he didn't like the train horn, he didn't mind the ride. mobile munchkin....
So the little guy has been rolling to get places for awhile now...and his new trick is to lunge from a semi crawling position...of course the lunge requires something to grab at the end of the lunge...and of course he hasn't put it together enough to actually crawl more than one step...he's going mobile WAY TO QUICKLY ( Read more... ) -
carpet update
So...after 2 days of rug doctor rentals, and 5-7 passes on the carpet (some areas ended up with more than others) I can say the carpet here is not as dirty...I won't make the claim that they are clean (I ran out of time, but the water was less brown after the 5th pass)...a huge job...now I just wish we were rich so I could pay someone ELSE to wash ( Read more... ) -
semi hypothetical question
Suppose you rent a house, with carpeting....how many passes should one need to make with a 'rug doctor' before the water no longer looks like chocolate milk? hmmm....me thinks these carpets have NEVER been cleaned...(at least not before we moved in...)
