I think I just talk too much about me to other people and I hear myself and then I feel like an idiot cuz its like "WHO WANTS TO HEAR ABOUT YOU?!" But I dunno. I'm going through undulating phases of me wanting to be open and me wanting to be completely closed off. Every time, though, I come to the realization that the strongest people are actually open. Yet I still go back to thinking being a recluse and shutting up is being STRONG. Which is not true and I need to dig that in my head.
