I'm supposed to be finishing up this paper for study abroad- it's due in about 5 seconds, at midnight.... oh, well. Now it's late. My professors are cool, though- it ought not to be a problem.

Okay, here I am back at Furman! Haha. It's strange how I can be away for only a week and a few days and how different the campus feels. Camp is fantastic- really, really good. It's 10:59 on May 29th and I, Emily Scott Robinson, am done.

I said goodbye to Joe last night, and this morning twice. He's driving back to Ohio today.

I got 2 hours of sleep last night. I'm going to take a nap and then be re-born. Into summer.

Celebration: just finished my theory exam. It was tricky and tough and long, but I'm done. And GOODBYE to the music building for six months!

In other news, well, I have been spending about 18 hours a day out of my room- i.e. studying. I've got another final tomorrow, one Monday, then I leave on Tuesday.

I've been out-of-my-mind busy this past week. And the week before. And every spare moment I'm either sleeping or spending time with my friends, most of whom I will not see until December again because of study abroad. This is difficult for me now, although I know that study abroad will be one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

So today wasn't everything I thought it might be. I did a lot of work, which I felt really good about, but my motivating factor to get it done was to hang out with my friends after I was done. This didn't end up happening. Bummer.

I am not working at my camp this summer. I guess I haven't had time to update since I found out on Wednesday. They told me there was not a place for me there this summer.
