i know how it feels...that happend to me when i was living in denver and i wanted to see NIN..they were playing two days in a row and sold out..it made me angry because scalpers even in holland, china, and the uk had tickets on ebay for ridiculous prices!

i got so angry that i called interscope records and chewed them out...i didnt care who i was talking to...i knew they didnt care...but funny thing though, 2 weeks later a huge article came out in rollingstone came out about how scalpers are buying up all the tickets and wasting them..and not giving true fans a chance to see their favorite band play...one of the bands they mentioned was NIN..

weird, huh?

good luck. at 300-400 a ticket (at least here) I wouldn't get my hopes up, unless you have a really really good friend that happened to get tickets. I tried to get tickets too and the venues website and phone system were crashed because of it (they didn't use a vender such as ticketmaster).

The exact same thing happened when Tool played two shows at Paramount 5 years ago. My experience is Tool + Small Venue = Fat Chance unless you want to pay out the ass for it. I also suspect that scalpers actually are not actually that large a percentage of the sales as I believe they were limited to 2 tickets per person. Scalpers tend to go for shows with higher volume per person ticket allowances.

As it is, once again good luck.

BUT I was at the show at the Paramount in 2001 in Seattle, that was on my birthday and Ticketmaster never charged me for them...gave them to me as a gift...

Well, I can give you the same advice someone gave me on the last Tool Tour. Keep trying. Ticketmaster dumps tickets back in when they discover someone bought over the limit. I got ONE. It was spiritual. God could have killed me right there.
